Socialite came to us with a problem. They had too much going on to worry about setting up Twitter or figuring out how to claim their Yelp listing. Their website was Flash based, and Google wasn’t showing them much love. They had various logos for every which thing they were doing. The good news for them? We knew what to do.
We spent some time with them, learning what they were passionate about, listening to their needs. Then we got to work. After a logo polish and website redesign, we built their social media community up with relevant industry and area followers. We claimed their business listings on sites like Yelp and Google, optimizing them with keywords, pictures, addresses, etc. We created a few videos to help tell their story. We created training videos to help them use these new tools. Then we helped them reach out existing customers to generate positive and well deserved reviews.
It was such a pleasure working with this team. We caught up with them recently, and heard that business was booming. Something tells us the future is bright for Socialite Salon.
